who I am?
I am Claire Perez, I have learned that stories make a significant impact on behavior and lives. Whether a momentary punch line that makes people laugh or a heart-felt story,I enjoy a message with a story attached to people and nature.
My background is in teaching and writing.
I work at Cornell University as a Communications Specialist for the Department of History in the College of Arts & Sciences. In that role, I promote department events through the digital arts, writing, website coordination, and social media.
I believe that the study of history is important and I am glad to be utilizing my skills, knowledge, rich teaching background, and creativity to promote the Department of History.
